M.A.C Cancellation Policy

Dear Clients,

When you book an appointment for your pet, we are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer

available to our other patients. No-shows and late cancellations not only affect our team but also other

patients as well. 

To be respectful of your fellow patients, if cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at

least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow

another patient access to that appointment time. 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at 905 208 9933. If necessary, you may leave a

detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the

appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, a

credit card authorization form will need to be completed prior to scheduling any future appointments and a

$60 + tax cancellation fee will apply for any future missed appointments.
